Continued Support Needed for Capital Campaign

In effort to continue complete transparency, we would like to give you an update on specific numbers and information regarding our Capital Campaign.

By December of 2017, we received cards pledging to support the campaign from 409 of our parish families. We needed to raise, and still do, $2,000,000. The pledged amount received by those participating families came close our $2,000,000 goal.

We would like to share with you what this looks like today. Seven cards were received indicating pledges, with no further activity. Thirty-seven cards came with an initial offering, and no further activity. Thirty pledges have not had activity in the last 6+ months. Five cards were received from families who are no longer members of our parish.

We have made significant gains toward paying off our debt. Some of the initial pledges were fulfilled by the end of 2019. At least eighteen families who have fulfilled pledges are still contributing to the campaign. Finally, we have seventeen families that are making regular contributions who did not submit a pledge card.

To date, we have an outstanding loan balance of $433,854.58. To achieve our goal to become debt-free and to build a stronger and brighter future for our parish, the campaign will need to see continued support.

We are now in the final year of our campaign. We know that the success of the Capital Campaign is important to all of us as a parish family. If we all continue to work together as one community, we will achieve our goal.

“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” -Henry Ford
