The St. Aloysius School Board is given the mission of providing quality Catholic education for all those children in the parish whose parents desire and are willing to make reasonable sacrifices for such an opportunity. The School Board is responsible for the general policies under which the parish school is operated. As part of this function, it is responsible for the preparation of the school’s budget. The School Board is composed of the Pastor, the principal, a teacher representative and seven representatives selected from the parish. Nominations are in April with selections completed in May. Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. on the first Monday of the months of August, October, December, February, April and June or at such a time as designated by the chairperson. The meetings are open but to address the board you must notify the chairperson two weeks in advance to be placed on the agenda.
