Formation Committee

The mission of Formation at Saint Aloysius is to bring all members of our community – no matter who they are – to a greater awareness of Jesus Christ and His work in the Roman Catholic Church.  The Saint Aloysius Formation Coordinating Committee is composed of those who coordinate our parish groups, dedicated to providing Catholic Christian formation to their particular audience.  This “cradle-to-the-grave” approach assures that all parishioners are given age-appropriate Christian formation.

The Committee is one of the coordinating committees of the parish, and addresses itself to the spritiual needs of the entire parish community.  Meetings are held on the first Tuesday every other month at 7:30 p.m.  The committee is comprised of “at-large” parish members, as well as representative from R.C.I.A., Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, P.R.E.P., Baptismal Preparation, Small Christian Communities, the Mom’s Group, Children’s Liturgy of the Word, Adult Faith Formation, P.T.O. and the School Board.  Meetings are always open, but in order to speak you must submit a request to the chairperson prior to the meeting.
